A GUIDE TO GRADES AND ROOM TYPES
Converted from three Georgian town houses. the 100 year old West Rocks Hotel sits on Eastbourne's sea front with breath-taking views of the English Channel. The hotel was purchased by the current owners, Steve Thomas and Chris Copping in 2015 and underwent a total renovation and was transformed into a boutique style hotel. Given the origins of what is now the West Rocks Hotel, each room is different, in shape, size and layout.
We sell rooms based on occupancy, type and grade.
There are five different room types:
SINGLE ROOM
One single bed
Max Occupants: 1
Grade: Sea View
DOUBLE ROOM
One large double bed
Max Occupants: 2
Grade: Standard, Sea view, Club Class
TWIN ROOM
Two single beds
Max Occupants: 2
Grade: Standard, Sea view, Club Class
TRIPLE ROOM
One large double bed and one single bed
Max Occupants: 3
Grade: Standard, Sea View, Club Class
FAMILY ROOM*
One large double bed and two bunk style beds
Max Occupants: 4
Grade: Standard
Rooms are sold on a maximum occupants basis. *Family rooms comprise of two separate sleeping areas
