There are a number of ways to contact us.

We are pretty swift in replying to messages sent via our contact form.  Messages received by us by 4pm will usually be answered the same day.

Cold Calls / Sales Calls / Prospecting Calls:

Our team is small and our lines are for the exclusive use of customers and promoters.  


We sometimes get plagued with calls from organisations trying to sell us products and services.  We have therefore introduced a no sales call policy which is strictly enforced.

We do not accept calls from companies and organisations who are trying to sell us products or services. 


If our staff receive such calls they will terminate the call and we will invoice the organisation a nuisance fee of £125.  We will donate the nuisance fee to our current nominated charity.

Live chat is generally available from 8.30am to 8pm seven days a week. We are a small team and sometimes we need to leave the office unmanned. In such cases leave a message via live chat and we'll get back in touch as quickly as we can.

In Person At Our Events

At our day-time events, there is always someone from We Love Hard House at the venue reception (located at the venue entrance) whilst the venue is open.

For our weekend events at West Rocks in Eastbourne there is always at least one of us available in the main lounge (where check-in takes place) from 2pm until 10pm each Friday of the event weekend.  At other times please ask at the hotel reception and they will radio one of the team

We have a corporate account with We Transfer - files are automatically sent to us (IE, it is not possible for you to use the account to send to non-We Love Hard House recipients) .  Just click the Send With WeTransfer icon below and follow the simple instructions.
