Peace of mind in uncertain times...
This year has seen disruption to events on a scale never seen before. The once inconspicuous phrases "Self Isolation", "Social Distancing" and "Lockdown Regulations" changed the way we live our lives in response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
As Governments around the world begin to ease lock-down regulations, assuming we avoid a second wave, we are planning to run our events in October with a fairly large degree of confidence. There are no official guidelines with timelines, so no one really knows for certain. For your peace of mind, we guarantee the following in case of a situation where we are not able to run an event on the scheduled dates:
No We Love Hard House event will be be cancelled, instead revised dates will be announced*. If a We Love Hard House event needs to be re-scheduled due to the COVID 19 Pandemic; tickets for the original dates will automatically be valid for the re-scheduled dates. If the new dates are not convenient then we’ll happily refund you. For further peace of mind we have moved the balance due date (normally eight weeks before the event) to just three weeks before the event starts.
*We'll send the leadbooker an email to the address quoted at the time of booking via moreonthedoor.com. We recommend that you add events@welovehardhouse.com to your safe senders list (check your settings with your email service provider, particularly those that have hotmail, Gmail, Google and yahoo accounts). We also recommend that you follow the event page on Facebook by clicking on the "Going" button.
**Our NO CANCELLATION policy remains in place for bookings where events take place as scheduled, our delayed balance due date is offered on that bases.
