A deposit of £30 per person is required to secure your booking. It is only possible to booked for the capacity of the room being reserved. Balances must be paid by 1st February 2018.

To reserve your room, go to www.moreonthedoor.com, select the event and then the room type. Note that you are selecting quantity of ROOMS not quantity of people. So if you are booking a double room for two people the quantity you require is ONE.
Within 14 days of completing your transaction with moreonthedoor.com you will receive an email from welovehardhouse.com which will re-confirm your booking. It will also give you your unique booking reference number. You will need this reference to pay your balance. Balances can be paid in full or part by internet banking or via our credit card hotline. Full details on your booking confirmation.
IMPORTANT: Once you have paid your deposit your booking is confirmed and can not be cancelled. You are liable for the full amount due on 1st February 2018. If you are unable to attend for any reason we offer a FREE name change facility for you re-sell your room.

We've been doing some up-grade work to the welovehardhouse.com website have simplified the payment process for Weekend Away Balances.
There are several new features:-
By logging into the Customer Portal (using the email address that you used with moreonthedoor.com when you initially booked) you can now:
- View your booking confirmation online
- Using your debit or credit card you can now pay online
- You can pay the balance using different cards
- You can pay as much or as little as you like, when you like, as long as the balance is paid in full by the due date.
You can still pay by Internet Banking if you have access, but now you can opt to pay off the balance in instalments if that helps you to budget more effectively
You can now pay in CASH at anyone of the UK Post Office Counters - again in instalments should this be more convenient as long as the full balance is received by the due date as outlined on your booking confirmation.
There is no additional transaction fees to pay.

All bookings for this event are accepted based on your agreement to the following terms and conditions.
1). Your contract for supply is with West Rocks Hotel, 44-46 Grand Parade, Eastbourne BN21 4DL who welovehardhouse.com act as agents for
2). Once a deposit has been paid and your booking accepted by way of a Customer Confirmation issued by welovehardhouse.com the booking is treated as confirmed. We are unable to accept cancellations.
4). Deposits paid are non-refundable.
3). The balance is due by the due date, failure to pay the balance on time will result in your room being offered for re-sale. If we are unable to re-sell your room you are liable for the balance. If we are able to re-sell your room you will be eligible for a refund less deposit (to cover administration costs).
4). Line-up and set times are offered in advance in good faith but are subject to alteration.
5). The lead booker is responsible for payment of monies due.
6). The lead booker is responsible for any damage to hotel property.
7). The hotel has a no smoking policy. Where evidence that there has been smoking in your room, you will be charged £250 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and will be banned from attending other events at West Rocks Hotel
8). In the unlikely event of the event being cancelled by us, we will notify you by email as soon as practically possible. A refund of moneys paid will follow within seven days via bank transfer. We are not liable for any other consequential costs associated with cancelling an event. We will, as a gesture of goodwill, offer a 10% discount on future welovehardhouse.com events at West Rocks Hotel (subject to availability).
9). West Rocks Hotel and welovehardhouse.com are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.
10). Food allergies must be brought to our attention at lest 72 hours prior to the event (CLICK HERE) however we inform all guests that food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and dairy products.
